Here we are at Day two of our trip and have arrived in Sydney Nebraska! Sydney is home to Cabellas headquarters and we are staying right next to the store! Saw some beautiful fall color as we were driving through Wyoming. We have settled into our hotel and are getting ready to go and get some dinner at a place called Dude's restaurant it has been here for 50 years! Mom saw that they served Rocky Mountains oysters so she just had to go! The oysters have been served and they are fried sliced bull balls! Yummo!!! Not! I tried them not much to tell but I have a hard time with the concept. A little bland quite frankly. Mom says she would rather they had cut them in half and just fried them without breading she was not too impressed either.
